| Description | Support for HTML was completely removed in 1.9.12, so this text is effectively redundant as all forums and post signatures now have it globally disabled. I'm assuming there's still a check in the code for HTML-functionality for the sakes of legacy database compatibility prior to 1.9.12, which would explain why this is still here. Extremely trivial, but it's noticeable regardless lol. | ||||

I was a little confused by the report at first. I think this is about the post editor where it says "BB Code is On" and such. |

This affects all uses of $allowhtml in the templates file. Template updates are not planned for the next patch so this will have to wait. |

Quick Reply also affected as one of the prominent template uses. |

Going to table this issue for now. There are two things to consider: 1. The text is correct, even if not configurable. 2. Allowing HTML, if implemented properly instead of the nonsense raw output we had before, could be a nice feature in the future. |
