Summary0000697: Who's online is inconsistent between the index page/post sidebar/who's online page
DescriptionI noticed this earlier on my own board, it seems to be something like 15 minutes on the index page, but something much lower on the who's online page.

This might also be related to the cause of 0000696 but I'm not entirely sure.

Other than guests not appearing in the index page's counter for whatever reason, I was indeed wrong. Thank you for correcting me.
