Summary0000766: Add Support for reCAPTCHA v3
DescriptionGoogle now has a "reCAPTCHA Classic/Legacy" API (the one we use now) and a Google Cloud-based "reCAPTCHA Essentials/Standard/Enterprise" API.

It's unclear if the Classic API will be discontinued at some point.

Some improvements have been added to reduce API traffic, but the API versioning issues still need to be sorted out.

No need to support the Enterprise API at this time. The reCAPTCHA classic/siteverify API still works for the v2 and v3 site keys as well as the keys created through Google Cloud.
