| Description | There would be some obvious advantages to file-based output templates: Versioning at the template level instead of the entire table/export. Full PHP code could be used instead of only PHP strings. Sub-templates could be coded into templates rather than always in the controller script. Eliminates eval statements, echo statements, template management, and related database traffic. | ||||

This feature was largely completed in SVN r3094 - r3100. The control panel features for db-stored templates and the db tables themselves still need to be removed. |
