Summary	0000634: After login, Last active time set to current time?
Description	Upon login, I would expect the Last active time is either compatible with unread threads in my guest session, or equal to the last time in my user record. During my last login, the Last active seemed to be set very close to the current time. This doesn't seem right.
Additional Information	Because of a mistake in fixing 0000617, the value of $self['lastvisit'] is not going to be the expected value. elevateUser() modifies lastvisit before any of the Last Active logic runs.
