| Description | Offering a button that says "I Agree That I Am 13 or Above" does not constitute COPPA Rule compliance in the United States. Probably the simplest solution is to check the DOB at registration, and if the person is under 13 then reject the registration and set a session cookie preventing new registrations and anonymous posting until the browser is closed. If the DOB is null or >=13 years old, then nothing special needs to happen. | ||||
