| Description | I know I did a message here about the members pending first login now don't show in the Member List on the top menu but if you go to the Admin Panel and use the Members there and just hit enter all members show including the ones pending first login. You confirmed that this is how this now works. I just want to say that I don't like this new behaviour. The Members List/top menu has the IP and email address lookups on them but the Members/Admin Panel doesn't and there are many times when I have to lookup not first login members who are having problems. I also have commented previously on the main forum (old regime developers) that the Admin functions, especially in the members lookups are split across the the forum and should all be accessable from the Admin Panel. | ||||

We should also consider auditing the duplicated code inside editprofile.php, member.php, and memcp.php. If we can combine all this stuff more smoothly without affecting hacks too much then it would save many headaches in developing changes to the membership system. |

I've intermingled some of the code from misc.php, editprofile.php, and cp.php in a way that should address most of your concerns. That's the easy part, and since this feature wasn't confirmed for 1.9.11 it's about all we will have time to do. No grand unification of member editing for this version, sorry. ;) |
