Summary0000950: Attachment-Only Replies
DescriptionWhen replying to a thread, the subject field is optional, and attachments are optional. But when an attachment is uploaded without a Message value, the post will be initially rejected. Meanwhile, XMB supplies the missing [file] tag for the Message value in the post editor. This seems inconsistent. Let's make it possible to create attachment-only replies.
