Summary0000943: Post Delete Sometimes Rejected on Soft Errors
DescriptionThere are some discrepancies between the post delete option and post edit sanity checks.

Post delete should override most or all soft errors in the editor.

Any time a blank editor form gets submitted, if not a delete request, the soft error should also cause the original content to be restored to the editor. The current behavior is to redisplay the blank form for editing, which is unhelpful.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a post.
2. Click Edit.
3. Clear the post editor of all text.
4. Select the Delete checkbox.
5. Submit
