Summary0000814: Consider Switching to IntlDateFormatter
DescriptionDate translation was broken prior to v1.10. The fixed version only translates one code for the full month name, and doesn't touch any abbreviations or days of week. It might be appropriate to switch away from gmdate() for date formatting and use the IntlDateFormatter feature instead.
