Summary0000793: MySQL Extension Checked in Wrong Order
DescriptionStarting with v1.9.11.09, there's an installer function already_installed() that checks presence of XMB database tables earlier in the install process to help the user avoid overwriting data before going through several installer pages.

This newer function doesn't use the same logic that checks if MySQL is installed later in the installation procedure.

This bug has been carried into the v1.10 alpha code and needs to be corrected in all supported branches.
