Summary0000761: Avatar Relative Addresses May Fail After Upgrade
DescriptionVersions older than 1.9.11 may have allowed relative URLs in the member profile avatar field. It is unclear if that was intentional. None of the upgrade scripts since then have accounted for any need for URL conversion, so it is strange that this issue has come up nearly 14 years later.
