Summary0000610: Allowing Unencrypted Avatars Triggers "Not secure" Message in Chrome
DescriptionIf any user sets their avatar with the http: scheme on an https: forum, then Chrome displays "Not secure" next to the forum address on any page where that avatar is displayed.

Also affects Edge.

In Safari there is no message, but the lock icon disappears.

Does not affect Internet Explorer.

Other browsers not yet tested.
Additional InformationAll instances of the BBCode [img] tag would cause the exact same problem, so the solution needs to go beyond avatars.
