DescriptionAs of 2 July 2008, the php.net response indicated the register_globals feature in PHP is incorrectly documented and does not work as described. It is therefore imperative to use the $_FILES superglobal array to retrieve multipart data. Theme Import is incompatible with register_globals=on unless patched.
