Summary0000414: Language Upload Errors Should be Clearer
DescriptionWe have a generic error message for translation upload errors. Today I saw a situation where the maxattachsize was set to 1 rather than simply disabling the attachment system. The generic error was not helpful in diagnosing the problem, which was internal to XMB.
